Originally from Canada, John relocated to Orange County after meeting his wife Suellen in 1996. At the age of 21, John obtained his real estate license and started selling residential and commercial properties as well as land contracts. He spent the next 5 years building a booming business in his hometown of 43,000 residents.

Suellen is a California native and worked in the medical field for many years before obtaining her real estate license at the age of 25. She always had a calling for homes sales and found the house she grew up in when her parents were looking for a new home. She was just 11 years old.
