The Club At Rancho Niguel
Optional Club Memberships
To The Club at Rancho Niguel
Membership in the Club is divided into 2 categories, Class "A"
and Class "B"
The type of membership that each property has was determined at the time
of its construction.
Class "A"
These properties are members of the Club and pay a monthly fee to maintain
the facility.
These properties cannot "OPT OUT" of the Club membership.
Class "B"
This type of optional club membership
is open to the residents of:
Mirador
Costa Brava
Expressions
Reggio
The Pinnacle Apartments
and
The employees of the The Center at Rancho Niguel
(shopping area at Rancho Niguel Road and Greenfield)
The monthly maintenance fee is 2 times the amount Class "A"
properties pay.
Note: There is a re-application fee of $ 500.00
to become a club member if you have joined the club and then canceled
your membership.
This re-application fee is charged to discourage people from joining the
club just for the summer months.
